Life looks clearer from here…

It’s kinda like my personal reset button. I know that when stress builds or thoughts pile up, if I can just get moving, where I focus on nothing but movement and deep breaths, somehow everything finds its place again.

When I’m in my head, taking action pulls me out of it.

When I’m feeling down on myself, I can move. I can find my capability, and feel the calm take over.

I can get anger, disappointment or frustration out. Channeling that energy in a positive way is life-changing.

The entire rest of my day is better! #helloendorphins

Now it’s not like I wake up every morning excited to workout.

There ARE those days, but quite honestly sometimes it feels like there are more off-days than “good,” and one thing I’m learning is THOSE days are when movement matters MOST.

When my mind is saying “nah…”, that’s when even 5 minutes of doing something can make the biggest impact.

When those inner voices are telling me it’s not worth it… that’s actually when I need it THE MOST.
