Ever justified a huge dessert by telling yourself you’ll do an extra workout??  #guiltyyyy

Here’s the thing: we CAN live balanced, food-loving lives!  BUT, if you have a goal of specifically LOSING WEIGHT…

You just can’t out-train an unhealthy diet.

Losing weight is simple!  (**Doesn’t mean it’s EASY…) 

When it comes right down to it, discipline MATTERS.

The good news is that we can still satisfy our cravings and actually EAT till we’re FULL while losing weight! 

Calories totally aren’t created equally.  (this is why the “point” system doesn’t ALWAYS work!  Just because an extra large order of McDonald’s fries is only 25 points doesn’t mean you’ve fueled your body with what it needs for that day!)

One example: Science says to eat whole eggs (not just the whites!  Almost all the nutrients are found in the yolks, and they actually help LOWER bad cholesterol, unlike old ads used to say!) (I love my fried eggs!!!)

If you’re trying to burn fat, you’ll want to build muscle as the more muscle you have, the more your body will burn calories at rest.  To build muscle, you need the right amount of protein, seriously good nutrition and to workout.
